Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above named Bankrupt
intends paying a first and final dividend to creditors. The creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 17 August
2012, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Tim Hewson of Mazars LLP, 3rd Floor, Britannia Warehouse, The Docks,
Gloucester GL1 2EH the Trustee. The dividend will be declared within four months from the last date for proving. A creditor
who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated
in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is proved.
