I, Neil Francis Hickling of Smith & Williamson LLP, Marmion House 3 Copenhagen Street, Worcester WR1 2HB and Gilbert John Lemon of Smith Williamson LLP, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NA, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed Joint Trustee’s in Bankruptcy of the Estate of the above-named Bankrupt on 19 June 2012. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Debtor must deliver them to me and all debts due to the
debtor must be paid to me.
Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtor are required on or before 6 August 2012 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Trustee in Bankruptcy personally or by their Solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified
in such notice and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are
proven.
