Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Members of the above Company
will be held at BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, 100-102 St James Road, Northampton, NN5 5LF on 31 July 2012 at 3.00
pm followed by a meeting of creditors at 3.15 pm.
The purpose of the meetings is two-fold: for the Liquidator’s account to be laid down before the meetings, showing how the
winding up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, together with any further explanations that may be given
and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on the business day immediately before the meetings to entitle
you to vote by proxy at the meetings.
