NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the Flowserve Limited Sterling Group Plan hereby give notice that the Plan is being wound up.
Any person who believes that they have any right to benefit from the Plan and who has not received a letter from the Trustees
of the Plan dated 28 February 2012 should write to:
