“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter James Hughes-Holland and Frank Wessely, both of RSM Tenon Recovery, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS, (IP Nos 1700 and 7788) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally”.
