Notice is hereby given that I, Andrew Appleyard, the Trustee of the above-named debtor, intend to declare a first and final
dividend to the unsecured creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet
lodged a Proof of Debt in the bankruptcy must do so by 13 April 2012, the last date for proving, failing which they will be
excluded from the dividend. Proofs of Debt should be submitted to Andrew Appleyard at RSM Tenon, 6th Floor, The White House,
111 New Street, Birmingham B2 4EU and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary
or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is
not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
