At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of Sloan & Co, Granite Buildings, 6 Stanley Street, Liverpool L1 6AF on 2 February 2012 at 10.30am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.
1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
2. “That Martin Henry Linton FCA FABRP & Paul Adam Weber FCCA MABRP of the firm of Leigh Adams LLP, Chartered Accountants, Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that
they may act jointly and severally”.
