“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Ian Williamson, of Campbell, Crossley & Davis, 348/350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 1DW, (IP No. 1003), be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
