Meetings of Creditors

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT, on 17 February 2012, at 12.00 noon for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 to 101 of the Act. A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT, not later than 12.00 noon on 16 February 2012. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0871 222 8309. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT, on 15 February 2012 and 16 February 2012 between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. If no liquidation committee is formed, resolutions may be taken specifying the basis on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the costs of placing the company into liquidation and certain disbursments paid as an expense of the liquidaton. The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
