“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan, of Abbott Fielding Limited, 16 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 4BG, (IP No 9072) is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
