Yard, Derby, DE1 1NN on 06 February 2012 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Gwinnutt, of Cirrus Professional Services, The Old Court House, 18-22 St Peter’s Church Yard, Derby, DE1 1NN, (IP No. 8877), be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
