above named Company will be held at the offices of Lakeside House, Waterside Business Park, Smiths Road, Bolton BL3 2QJ on
16 March 2012 at 11.00 am, for the purposes of having an Account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator
showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the company disposed of,
and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lakeside House,
Waterside Business Park, Smiths Road, Bolton BL3 2QJ no later than 12.00 hours in the afternoon of the business day before
the Meeting.
