At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Greyhound Farmhouse, Barnsley, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 5EF on 2 February 2012, at 3.05 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Barry J Ward, of Ward Sheldrake Consultancy, Lower Barrow Kiln, Acton Mill Lane, Suckley, Worcester WR6 5EJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
