Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4DW, on 16 February 2012, at 2.15 pm for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to be taken at the
Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated. A Creditors’ Guide to
Liquidators’ Fees is available on request at the address detailed below. The Meeting may also receive information about,
or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. Creditors wishing
to vote at the meeting must ensure their proxy forms, together with a full statement of claim, are received not later than

4DW. For the purpose of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at the registered
office, before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which
