LLP, 2a Alton House Office Park, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8YF the following Resolutions were duly
passed, on 02 February 2012 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company voluntarily; and that
David A Butler, of Hillier Hopkins Corporate Recovery LLP, 2a Alton House Office Park, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8YF, (IP No. 8695) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” At a subsequent Meeting of
Creditors held on the same day pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the appointment of David Andrew Butler as
Liquidator of the Company was confirmed by the Company’s Creditors.
