Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Smith & Williamson Limited, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NA on 20 March 2012 at 11.00 am for the purpose of receiving the joint liquidators’ report of the winding up and determining whether the joint liquidators
should be released from office.
Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a creditor. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the joint
liquidators, at Smith & Williamson Limited, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol BS1 6NA, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
