Meetings of Creditors

Notice is hereby given, as required by Section 98(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), that a First Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at PKF (UK) LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3HF on 15 February 2012 at 11.15 am.

A Statement of Affairs of the company, and a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, will be presented at the Meeting, and, if thought fit, a Liquidator may be nominated and a Liquidation Committee appointed.

Creditors who wish to vote at the Meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at PKF (UK) LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3HF by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.

Resolutions may be taken at the Meeting specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The Meeting may also receive information about the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.

Kerry Franchina Bailey of PKF (UK) LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3HF is a person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day on which the meeting is to be held, furnish Creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
