Resolutions for Winding-up

At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Future House, South Place, Chesterfield S40 1SZ on 31 January 2012, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:-
1. That is has been resolved by Special Resolutions that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That S Watts of The Insolvency Group (The Recovery Partnership Limited t/a), Future House, South Place, Chesterfield S40
1SZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.
At the subsequent Meeting of the Creditors held at the same place on the same date, the Resolutions were ratified confirming
the appointment of S Watts as Liquidator.
S Watts (IP Number 9451) of The Insolvency Group (The Recovery Partnership Limited t/a), Future House, South Place, Chesterfield S40 1SZ was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 31 January 2012.
