Meetings of Creditors
T.N.P DESIGN SERVICES LIMITED
A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency
Rules 1986 for the purpose of approving the following resolutions:
‘That the Joint Liquidators are authorised to draw their remuneration on the basis of time properly spent by them and their
staff, such time costs to be drawn on account from time to time as funds permit.’
‘That the Joint Liquidators may settle their category 2 disbursements properly incurred in dealing with this matter.’
