In accordance with Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 as amended, we Kenneth Webster Marland and John Neil Harrison (IP No 008917 and IP No 005474) of Harrisons, 23 Yarm Road, Stockton on Tees TS18 3NJ give notice that on 16 November 2011 we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Colin M Bennett Limited by the Secretary of State.
The Joint Liquidators will in due course be summoning a Meeting of Creditors pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act
for the purpose of determining (together with any Meeting of Contributories) whether a liquidation committee should be established.
