On 26 January 2012 Special Resolution of the Company approved the purchase out of capital of one £1 ordinary share of the
Company for a total sum of £60,000.
The purchase is to take place on 2 March 2012. Copies of the Directors Statutory declaration and Creditors report are available
for review at the Company’s registered office and any Creditor can, within 5 weeks, apply under section 721 of the Companies
Act 2006 for an order prohibiting the payment.
