NOTICE is hereby given that The London Borough of Hackney (“the Council”) on 3rd February 2012 made an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to stop up the highway described in the Schedule hereto.
The title of the Order is The Hackney (Worship Street) (Stopping Up) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 7th February 2012.
A copy of the Order and the accompanying plan showing the length and area of highway being stopped up can be viewed between
9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House 89-115 Mare Street London, E8 4RU. Further information may be obtained by contacting the Helpdesk on 020 8356 2897.

In relation to the development of Principal Place, an area of carriageway and footway being approximately 50 square metres and commencing at a point adjacent to the north
side of Worship Street at the junction with Curtain Road with a width of 9.4m at the western end tapering in an eastern direction of 38.9m to a point of no width adjacent to the
access to No 115 Worship Street at the eastern end.
