Notice is hereby given, as required by Section 85(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Resolutions to Wind Up the Company and
to appoint a Liquidator have been passed.
The Resolutions were passed by the Members on 31 January 2012.
Special Resolution
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
Ordinary Resolution
2. That Ian Franses and Jeremy Karr of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP be and are hereby
appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 31 January 2012 the appointment of Ian Franses and Jeremy Karr as Joint Liquidators
was confirmed.
Ian Franses (IP Number 2294) and Jeremy Karr (IP Number 9540) of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 31 January 2012.
