“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael William Young and Peter Nicholas Wastell, both of FRP Advisory LLP, 49 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1LJ, (IP Nos 008077 and 009119) (Email: cp.stalbans@frpadvisory.com) be and are hereby Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the
voluntary winding up.”
