Final Meetings
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of creditors of the above named
Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 9th Floor, Bond Court, Leeds, LS1 2JZ on 14 March 2012 at 10.00 am
for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the
property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator and determining whether
the liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
Proxies should be lodged at the address shown above no later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting.
