THE REGENCY CHRISTIAN WORKERS PENSION SCHEME
(“the Scheme”)
The Trustee of The Regency Christian Workers Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice that the Scheme is in the process
of winding-up. The Trustee intends to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to pensions from the
Scheme as at the date it commenced winding-up. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to a pension from the Scheme and
who has not already notified the Trustee of their claim to benefits, should write setting out details of their claim to the
Trustee of The Regency Christian Workers Pension Scheme, Birmingham Christian College, Hamilton Drive, Selly Oak, Birmingham
B29 6AJ, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. If you are already in receipt of a pension from
the Scheme, there is no need to respond to this notice.
