NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION
Centrica Resources Limited hereby gives notice, in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Petroleum
Act 1998 that it has made an application to the Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change for the grant of an authorisation
for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the York Platform and the Easington Gas Terminal.
A map (or maps) delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected
free of charge at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10am to 4pm on each weekday from the date that this
notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice. Alternatively log on to the following

Pursuant to a direction of the Secretary of State, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing
and addressed to the Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change, EDU-LED, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen,
AB11 6AR (marked FAO Mr Christopher Duguid, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 02 March 2012 and should bear
the reference “01.08.04.06/885C” and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
