NOTICE OF MAKING
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM (SPECIAL PARKING AREAS) (AMENDMENT NO. 41) ORDER 2011
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of its powers under Sections
6, 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter called “the Act”) and
of all other enabling and amending legislation and powers, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis
in accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act hereby make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:
1. Introduce no waiting Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm – 3.30pm on the roads below:
• Albion Road
• Rockwell Road
2. Introduce no waiting at any time at the junctions below:
• Albion Road and Pondfield Road
• Albion Road and Hunters Hall Road
• Dunbar Gardens and Hunters Hall Road
• Rockwell Road and Hunters Hall Road
• Rockwell Road and Pondfield Road
• Roycraft Avenue and a unnamed road
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within
the powers of the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any Regulations under it have not been complied with may do so
within six weeks of the date of the Orders by applying to the High Court.
