“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Laurence Pagden, of Menzies Business Recovery LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP No 9055) be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
