Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE TAYLOR WESSING UK STAFF PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that all persons having any claim or demands upon or
against the assets of the above named Scheme, which the Trustee has commenced winding up, are hereby required to send written
particulars of their claims by Special Delivery to the Trustee at the address below, prior to the 4 April 2012. Notice is
hereby also given that after that date the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme in accordance
with the provisions of its governing documents and law amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to such claims
of which it shall have then have had notice, and that it will not be responsible for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed,
to any person of whose claim it shall not then have had notice.
This notice concerns only those persons who have not received correspondence or notification of the winding up from the Trustee
of the Scheme. Those that have received correspondence or notification need not re-apply.
