THE INTERNATIONAL WOOL SECRETARIAT RETIREMENT BENEFIT PLAN (“THE SCHEME”)
TRUSTEE ACT 1925 – SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former full or part-time
employee (or his or her dependants)) of The International Wool Secretariat, having a claim to benefit under the trust documentation
governing the Scheme or having a claim against the Trustees of the Scheme should send particulars in writing of the claim
to the Trustees, c/o Mr C Fenton, Secretary to the Trustees of the International Wool Secretariat Retirement Benefits Plan,
International Development Centre, Valley Drive, Ilkley LS29 8PB on or before 5 April 2012, after which date the Trustees will
apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which
they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person
or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not have had notice.
If you have recently received correspondence from the Trustees relating to benefits under the Scheme, then you do not need
to respond to this notice.
