1. “That the Company be wound-up voluntarily”.
2. “That A. J. Clark of Carter Clark, Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA (IP No. 8760) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”.
