THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Orders under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the diversion of a length of Public Footpath BC 15/2, the stopping up of a length of Public
Footpath BC 25/11 and the diversion of a length of Public Footpath BC 25/21 at Bath in the District of Bath and North East Somerset referred to in the Notices published on 25 March 2010, will not be made, the applications for the Orders having been withdrawn.
