NOTICE OF BAR DATE UNDER REGULATION 11 OF THE INVESTMENT BANK SPECIAL ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS 2011 AND RULE 138 OF THE
INVESTMENT BANK SPECIAL ADMINISTRATION (ENGLAND AND WALES) RULES 2011
The Joint Special Administrators of MF Global UK Limited hereby give notice as follows:
1 The Joint Special Administrators think it necessary in order to expedite the return of client assets to set a bar date of
17.00 hours in London on 29 February 2012 (the “Bar Date”) for the submission of:
(a) claims to the beneficial ownership, or other form of ownership, of the client assets; or
(b) claims of persons in relation to a security interest asserted over, or other entitlement to, those assets,
(a “Client Asset Claim”).
2 For the purpose of the Bar Date, Client Asset Claims are claims in respect of assets other than client money which have
been segregated in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Client Asset Sourcebook (“CASS”). The Bar Date does not
apply to claims in respect of client money or other claims against MF Global UK Limited.
3 Client Asset Claims include claims that are contingent or disputed.
4 A person submitting a Client Asset Claim must do so in writing to the Joint Special Administrators by the Bar Date as follows
(a) By electronic claims submission to mfglobalclaims@kpmg.co.uk;
(b) By postal claims submission to:MF Global UK Limited (in special administration)

5 If you have already submitted a Client Claim Form, unless you wish to amend your claim, a Client Claim Form does not need
to be resubmitted.
