“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Liquidator be and hereby authorised to distribute in specie all or
any part of the assets of the Company amongst the shareholders and that David Adam Broadbent, of Evolution Business Recovery Services Limited, 17/25 Scarborough Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7DA, (IP No 9458) be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
