that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler, of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6EE, (IP No 9048) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
