A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of considering the Resolutions referred to in my
report and, if thought fit, appointing a Creditors’ Committee. The Meeting will be held at BCR, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on 7 March 2012 at 11.00 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 6 March 2012 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt if you have not already lodged one).
