OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE GROUPING IS FORMED:
The Grouping’s object shall consist in furthering the economic interest of its Members in order to facilitate and develop
the activities performed by each of them on the market of the respective Member State as well as internationally; the object
shall also consist in improving and increasing the outcome of the said activities. In particular, the EEIG shall operate by
relying on its Members’ skills and capabilities with particular regard to the Members’ professional and entrepreneurial activities
so as to foster their aggregation and co-operation in respect of individual projects and/or in the short-to medium-term area
within the framework of international and exceptional transport.
Generally speaking, the Grouping may carry out any and all operations that can be related to the aforementioned object and
are liable to facilitate achievement of the said object. To that end, the Grouping may, in particular, deal with real estates’
construction, leasing, buying and selling both for housing and industrial/commercial purpose in all EU countries; total or
partial renovations of the above mentioned kind of estates; it may also trade - both wholesale and retail - in building materials,
ceramics and alike, sanitation items, hydraulic materials, taps and fittings, boilers, bath and kitchen furnishings, home
appliances, floors and internal/external coverings, varnishes, heating and air conditioning, plastic materials and anything
else related to the above mentioned activities and in general everything necessary to building trade, both civil and industrial.
