At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way,
Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5TZ on 24 January 2012 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Sabia S Sahota, of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ, (IP No 1278) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up and that the Liquidator’s remuneration
for the administration of the estate after the date of his appointment by the members is to be charged on a timecost basis
and that the Liquidator is authorised to draw remuneration on account.”
