“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Robert Christopher Keyes and Gareth Wyn Roberts, both of RSM Tenon Recovery, First Floor, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3EU, (IP Nos 1016 and 1162) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act jointly and severally.”
