liabilities as cash or in specie as he thinks fit and that Peter Hall, of Peter Hall, 2 Venture Road, Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, SO16 7NP, (IP No 3966) be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
