Road, Irthlingborough, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9 5QF on the 21 February 2011 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Dilip K Dattani, of RSM Tenon, 1 Bede Island Road, Bede Island Business Park, Leicester, LE2 7EA and Patrick B Ellward, of RSM Tenon, The Poynt, 45 Wollaton Street, Nottingham, NG1 5FW, (IP Nos. 7915 and 8702) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and are to act
jointly and severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986
and held on the same day, the appointment of Dilip K Dattani and Patrick B Ellward was confirmed.
