At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at New Guild House, 45 Great Charles
Street, Queensway, Birmingham B3 2LX, on 27 August 2010 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian J Gould and Edward T Kerr, both of PKF (UK) LLP, New Guild House, 45 Great Charles Street, Queensway, Birmingham B3 2LX, (IP Nos 7866 and 9021) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and are
empowered to act jointly and severally in all matters.”
