At a general meeting of the Company held at 6 Ridge House, Ridgehouse Drive, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TL on 19 August 2010 at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were passed, number 1 as a special resolution and number 2 as an ordinary resolution:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mustafa Abdulali (IP Number 007837) of Moore Stephens, 6 Ridge House, Ridgehouse Drive, Festival Park, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TL be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company.
At a meeting of creditors held on 1 September 2010 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Mustafa Abdulali as liquidator.
