Street, Liverpool L2 9TL, the following Resolutions were duly passed: number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an
Ordinary Resolution:
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that the Company be wound-up voluntarily” and
2. “That Jean Ellis of Duncan Sheard Glass, Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9TL, be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”.
