Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) and Section 137(4) of the
Insolvency Act 1986, that the Joint Liquidators have been appointed by the Secretary of State.
It is not proposed to hold a Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors’ Committee. Under Section 141(2)
of the Insolvency Act 1986 a Creditor with (or with the concurrence of) at least 10% of the total value of the Company’s Creditors
may request that a Meeting of Creditors be held.
Andrew Hosking (IP Number 9009) and David John Dunckley (IP Number 9467) of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 3 August 2010. The Company’s registered office and principal trading address is 1 King’s Cross Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA.
