Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at 10.30 am on 8 October
2010. The meeting will held at the offices of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex,
RH10 6AG. The meeting is being called pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the liquidator
to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted in the preceding period
and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a
proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged
at 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
