At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 35 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire at 11.00 am on 25 August 2010 the following Resolutions were passed:-
Special Resolution:
1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
Ordinary Resolution:
2. That, subject to and conditional upon the passing of the special resolution referred to at paragraph 1 above, in accordance
with s91(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Nick Morgan and James Kaye of the firm of Cooper Williamson, Certified Accountants, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up the
Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
Nick Morgan (IP Number 9078) and James Kaye (IP Number 9373) of Cooper Williamson, Suite 4, Aus-Bore House, 19-25 Manchester Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1BQ were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 25 August 2010. The Company’s registered office is Threethorns Cottage, 219 Moor Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 6DN and the Company’s principal
trading address is 35 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AR.
