“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Frederick Charles Satow and Simon Robert Thomas, both of Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7RS, (IP Nos 8326 and 8920) be and they are hereby appointed to act as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of its
winding up.”
