At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Masters House, 107 Hammersmith Road, London, W14 0QH, on 18 August 2010, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an as Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith Aleric Stevens and John Arthur Kirkpatrick, both of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY, (IP Nos: 008065 and 002230) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary
winding up and that they may act jointly or severally.”
